In
an
era
where
digital
technologies
(DTs)
are
reshaping
educational
delivery
methods,
university
lecturers’
ability
and
willingness
to
integrate
these
innovations
into
their
teaching
practices
increasingly
important.
This
study,

2022

2023,
aims
examine
the
impact
of
attitude
training
on
self-efficacy
in
using
DTs
assess
influence
interest
DTs.

294
lecturers
participated
study
completed
a
questionnaire
assessing
perception
as
didactic
tool,

In
Germany,
modern
digital
technologies
like
Internet
of
Things
(IoT)
have
been
increasingly
promoted
for
better
environmental
and
natural
resources
management
through
“smart”
monitoring
real-time
data.
However,
adopting
such
advanced

(MOTA)
framework,

Digital
public
goods
(DPGs),
if
implemented
with
effective
policies,
can
facilitate
the
realization
of
United
Nations
Sustainable
Development
Goals
(SDGs).
However,
there
are
ongoing
deliberations
on
how
to
define
DPGs
and
assure
that
society
extract
maximum
benefit
from
growing
number
digital
resources.
The
International
Research
Center
Big
Data
for
(CBAS)
sees
as
an
important
mechanism
information-driven
policy
decision-making
processes
SDGs.
This
article
presents
results
a
CBAS
survey

respondents
around
world
spanning
multiple
scientific
fields,
who

their
expert
opinions
thoughts
about
challenges

practical
implementation
in
