research

perceived

cross-sectional
data

from
professionals
in
Istanbul,
Turkey,

found
that
significantly

Purpose
While
the
potential
of
human
resource
practices
(HRPs)
for
promoting
performance
is
widely
recognized,
even
though
crucial,
employees’
assessment
HRPs
remains
under-researched,
especially
in
emerging
economies.
Hence,
purpose
this
research
to
examine
influence
employee
satisfaction
with
on
job
through
mediating
role
dedication
(JD)
and
moderating
incentive
gamification.
Design/methodology/approach
The
current
adopts
a
quantitative
method.
Specifically,

questionnaire
survey,
418
valid
responses
collected

purposive
