In an industry where safety is paramount yet frequently compromised, the transformative impact of leadership on workers’ behavior illuminates a path to reducing construction hazards and fostering culture proactive practices. Combining transformational theory, social exchange theory planned behavior, this research examines complex interplay between through mediating role knowledge, specifically investigating how perceived employer obligations moderate these relations. Based 359 cross-sectional data obtained from professionals in Istanbul, Turkey, it was found that significantly boosts with knowledge serving as effective mediator. Although did not affect they moderated link well emphasizing crucial enhancing practices outcomes. This study substantially enhances management literature by elucidating intricate dynamics pivotal obligations. It offers robust theoretical advancements practical strategies, enabling firms leverage for improved workplace outcomes organizational performance.

Purpose While the potential of human resource practices (HRPs) for promoting performance is widely recognized, even though crucial, employees’ assessment HRPs remains under-researched, especially in emerging economies. Hence, purpose this research to examine influence employee satisfaction with on job through mediating role dedication (JD) and moderating incentive gamification. Design/methodology/approach The current adopts a quantitative method. Specifically, using questionnaire survey, 418 valid responses collected (through purposive sampling) via cross-sectional method from employees Nigerian Information Communication Technology (ICT) firms were used test hypotheses empirically. Findings results revealed that has positive performance. Satisfaction dedication. Job link between mediated by moderated gamification, is, stronger when gamification high. Originality/value study highlights importance assessments practices, which may be promote dedication, turn improved findings are helpful open black box impact also offer important new valuable guidance practitioners will aid management practice design, audits, communication.
