This article presents a systematic review of the ecophysiological mechanisms underpinning essential role plant-growth-promoting microorganisms (PGPMs) in improving rice yield and quality. The scientific literature is thoroughly reviewed, highlighting how PGPMs positively influence growth, development, health plants. Key aspects, such as nitrogen fixation, nutrient solubilization, hormone production, disease resistance induction, are emphasized. Additionally, technological advancements related to PGPM use analyzed, including identification effective strains, formulation enhanced biofertilizers, genetic engineering. concludes that represent promising tool with which boost sustainability productivity cultivation, providing robust foundation for future research practical applications field crucial global food security.

Micronutrient deficiency in soil and crops is a critical issue that contributes to what known as hidden hunger. Hidden hunger refers the lack of essential vitamins minerals people diets, often due poor nutrient content staple crops, which can lead significant health problems despite adequate caloric intake. Micronutrients are required small amounts but crucial for various physiological functions plants, including cereals enzyme activation, photosynthesis, nitrogen fixation, synthesis vital compounds. Corrective measures address micronutrient deficiencies include application, seed treatment, foliar sprays, genetic biofortification. Foliar sprays particularly effective they allow direct application nutrients plant leaves, ensuring quick absorption utilization. This method rapidly correct deficiencies, improve crop yields, enhance nutritional quality produce. Previous research has shown efficacy addressing deficiencies. Additionally, advancements nanotechnology have led development more efficient spray formulations uptake minimize environmental impact. In wheat (Triticum aestivum L.), an important source of dietary minerals, heat stress during the grain filling stage negatively affects yield and quality. Wheat mineral content has been primarily evaluated under optimum conditions; little information is available on genetic variations loci involved in accumulation stress. Therefore, this study aimed to assess variation 13-grain concentrations thousand kernel weight 145 multiple synthetic derivatives (MSD) genotypes harboring genes from wild relative Aegilops tauschii Coss., heat-stress field conditions Sudan for two seasons, dissect genomic regions associated with these contents using GWAS. Our results showed sufficient among MSD lines. Some lines had 30–50% more minerals than recurrent parent Norin 61. We detected 188 significant marker-trait associations (MTAs), 44 MTAs season 2018/19, one 2019/20, 143 based BLUE. The highly significant, stable, promising were related Mg, Mn, P, Ba. identified putative candidate potentially movement (TraesCS5D03G0728800) response (TraesCS5D03G0723300). findings help enhance concentration resilience heat.
