Abstract Bladder cancer (BC) is the most common urinary tract malignancy. Identifying biomarkers that predict prognosis and immune function in patients with BC can enhance our understanding of its pathogenesis provide valuable guidance for diagnosis treatment. Our findings indicate increased ITGB1 expression associated higher clinical grade stage, establishing as an independent prognostic risk factor BC. Enrichment analysis revealed was linked to extracellular matrix. The experimental results showed knockdown cell lines 5637 RT112 reduced their proliferation, migration, invasion. Furthermore, suppression promotes apoptosis cells by inhibiting PI3K‐AKT pathway. For nearly 50 years, immunotherapy has been used in patients with bladder cancer the form of Mycobacterium bovis Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG), which is still first-line therapy for non-muscle invasive disease. Fatty acid metabolism (FAM) genes are potentially useful for predicting prognosis and immunotherapy response in bladder cancer (BC). Bladder cancer (BC) poses high morbidity and mortality, with urinary exosomal microRNA (miR)-21 showing potential value in its diagnosis prognosis, we probed specific role.
