Bladder cancer (BLCA) is one of the most common genitourinary malignancies in world, but its pathogenic genes have not been fully identified and treatment outcomes are still unsatisfactory. ABSTRACT Bladder cancer (BCa) is an aggressive malignancy of urinary system. Aerobic glycolysis refers to the phenomenon wherein cells increase glucose consumption and produce lactic acid.
