Background: Since the beginning of COVID-19 pandemic, moral distress among healthcare workers in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) has garnered both media and academic attention. To determine the impact of second surge COVID-19 pandemic (October 2020 to June 2021) on mental well-being intensive care unit nurses and factors associated with health outcomes. An online survey was available for Dutch in October 2021, measuring symptoms; anxiety, depression (Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale), post-traumatic stress disorder (Impact Event Scale-6). Additionally, work-related fatigue measured using Need For Recovery-11 questionnaire. Previous data from first (March until 2020) were used study longitudinally a subgroup nurses. Abstract Background The period of standardized training is a transitional stage when Generation Z newly graduated registered nurses (Gen NGRNs) change their role from student to nurse. Affected by the COVID-19, they lack clinical practice and practicum experience in emergency departments university studies. At beginning career, are under great pressure. This study analyzes the impact of occupational burnout on quality life (QOL) nurses surveyed during SARS-CoV-2 pandemic. A total 668 active employed in public hospitals Podkarpackie voivodeship (Poland) were surveyed. In March 2022, Shanghai, China, was hit by a severe wave of SARS-CoV-2 transmission caused the Omicron variant strain. The medical staff greatly infected during this period, which posed traumatic event for them. Meanwhile, they also experience post-traumatic growth under introspection and positive change. However, psychological coping after infection with COVID-19 among have rarely been investigated.To explore process influencing factors emergency nurses coronavirus disease (COVID-19) so as to provide new perspective theoretical basis rehabilitation or intervention who experienced events.The study used qualitative design based on phenomenological approach. A purposive sampling method subjective feelings 13 first-line in China. Semi-structured face-to-face interviews were conducted June 2022.
