Pectin hydrogels have emerged as a highly promising medium for the controlled release of pharmaceuticals in dynamic field drug delivery. A wound is defined as damage to the integrity of biological tissue, including skin, mucous membranes, and organ tissues. The treatment these injuries an important challenge for medical researchers. Various materials have been used healing dressing applications among which carbon nanomaterials attracted significant attention due their remarkable properties. In present review, latest studies on application graphene oxide (GO), reduced (rGO), dots (CDs), quantum (CQDs), nanotubes (CNTs), nanofibers (CNFs), nanodiamonds (NDs) in are evaluated.
