Although the entrepreneurship strategy is demonstrated by evidence as a path to enhance performance of service firms, question how it happens has yet be adequately studied in tourism and hospitality (T&H) realm. More specifically, an entrepreneurial enables T&H firm its through innovation exploration-exploitation ambidexterity created strategic dilemma extant literature. The aim of this study is to provide qualitative evidence related the variables from sources derived national and international indexed journals or scientific articles found through Google Scholar. ABSTRACT Based on the knowledge‐based view, this paper investigates how strategic integration of knowledge spillover through entrepreneurial orientation (EO), adoption social media (SM) and customer relationship management (CRM), environmental turbulence collectively manage to enhance firm performance in developing economies. To test these assertions, we surveyed managers from 519 randomly selected firms China, data were analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0. The results reflect that EO significantly enhances performance. In contrast, adopting SM mediates between performance, whereas CRM moderate These findings enrich literature theoretical managerial perspectives.

This study examines the interplay between Dynamic Managerial Capabilities (DMCs) and innovation performance in Iran’s industrial sector. We propose a novel framework that categorises managers based on three DMC components — managerial human capital, social cognitive capabilities investigates their combined effects innovation. Using sample of 344 managers, data were analysed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Analysis Variance (ANOVA).
