ABSTRACT
Based
on
the
knowledge‐based
view,
this
paper
investigates
how
strategic
integration
of
knowledge
spillover
through
entrepreneurial
orientation
(EO),
adoption
social
media
(SM)
and
customer
relationship
management
(CRM),
environmental
turbulence
collectively
manage

enhance
firm
performance

developing

This
study

the
interplay

Dynamic
Managerial
Capabilities
(DMCs)
and
innovation
performance

Iran’s
