Abstract Yin chai hu (Radix Stellariae) is a root medicine that frequently used in Chinese traditional to treat fever and malnutrition. In modern medicine, it has been discovered have anti‐inflammatory, anti‐allergic, anticancer properties. previous study, we were able extract lipids from Stellariae Radix using supercritical CO 2 extraction (SRE), these sterol accounted for up 88.29% of the extract. However, impact SRE on development atopic dermatitis (AD) not yet investigated. This study investigates inhibitory effects AD 2,4‐dinitrochlorobenzene (DNCB)‐induced mouse model. Treatment with significantly reduced score histopathological changes compared DNCB group. The found treatment resulted decrease pro‐inflammatory cytokines TNF‐α, CXC‐10, IL‐12, IL‐1β skin lesions. Additionally, immunohistochemical analysis revealed effectively suppressed M1 macrophage infiltration into lesion. Furthermore, anti‐inflammatory effect was evaluated LPS + INF‐γ induced bone marrow‐derived macrophages (BMDMs) polarization, inhibited production decreased expression NLRP3. increase p‐AMPK T172 , but had no total AMPK expression, after administration inhibitor Compound C, partially reversed. results indicate an AD, making potential therapeutic agent this disorder.

Atopic dermatitis (AD), also known as atopic eczema, is a common but complex chronic, itchy skin condition with underlying inflammation of the skin. This ailment prevalent worldwide and affects people all ages, particularly children below five years age. The itching resulting rashes in AD patients are often result inflammatory signals, thus necessitating closer look at inflammation-regulating mechanisms for putative relief, care therapy. Several chemical- well genetically-induced animal models have established importance targeting pro-inflammatory microenvironment. Epigenetic gaining attention towards better understanding onset progression inflammation. physiological processes implications pathophysiology AD, such as, barrier dysfunction either due to reduced filaggrin / human β‐defensins or altered microbiome, reprograming Fc receptors overexpression high affinity IgE receptors, elevated eosinophil numbers IL-22 production by CD4 + T cells epigenetic that include differential promoter methylation and/or regulation non-coding RNAs. Reversing these changes has been verified reduce burden through secretion cytokines IL-6, IL-4, IL-13, IL-17, etc, benefit against experimental models. A thorough remodeling potential opening avenues novel diagnostic, prognostic therapeutic options.

Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized by infiltration of immune cells and abnormal epidermal thickening. The initial pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated. Non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs), which include long ncRNAs (lncRNAs) circular (circRNAs), comprise the majority genome transcripts are important influencers gene transcription post-transcription modulations. Emerging roles in psoriasis were identified recently. This review summarizes existing studies psoriasis-related lncRNAs circRNAs. A considerable proportion studied circRNAs regulate keratinocyte mobility, such as proliferation differentiation. Some tightly related to inflammation reactions. Other reports demonstrated that they also implicated modulating cell differentiation, proliferation, activation. might illuminate future research highlight act therapeutic targets.

Dysregulation of circRNAs is associated with a variety human diseases; however, its role in childhood asthma undefined. The differential expression profiles were analyzed by microarray. The effects and mechanisms which influence macrophage activation detected quantitative real-time PCR, RNA immunoprecipitation assay, chromatin among others. roles circRNA host gene tested cockroach allergen extract (CRE)-induced murine model. We identified 372 that differentially expressed PBMCs children as compared healthy controls. A unknown function, circS100A11, was dominantly monocytes significantly upregulated asthma. circS100A11 facilitated M2a enhancing translation gene, S100A11, exacerbated lung inflammation CRE-induced model macrophage-specific overexpression circS100A11. Mechanistically, promoted S100A11 competitively binding to CAPRIN1 decrease the suppression upon translation. Then, liberated SP3 from nucleolin STAT6 promoter enhance activation. Macrophage-specific knockdown could alleviate vivo.circS100A11 promote may serve potential therapeutic diagnostic targets
