Purpose: Academic procrastination detrimentally affects students' other academic performances. Consequently, this study aimed to compare the effectiveness of instructional mental imagery and tolerance ambiguity training on procrastination. Methodology: This quasi-experimental research involved two experimental groups one control group, with a pre-test, post-test, two-month follow-up design. The population consisted all female twelfth-grade students in both public private schools Bojnurd during 2023-2024 year. sample included 45 selected through purposive sampling randomly assigned into three equal (each group containing 15 students). first underwent twelve 90-minute sessions training, second received nine based cognitive-behavioral approach, while no training. Data were collected using Solomon Rothblum (1984) Procrastination Questionnaire analyzed repeated measures ANOVA Bonferroni post-hoc test SPSS-25. Findings: findings indicated significant differences between terms reducing Both methods significantly reduced post-test stages compared (P<0.05). Moreover, there was difference (P>0.05). This research investigates the intricate interplay between escapism, procrastination, and social media engagement among Generation Z population in India. The primary aim was to examine potential mediating role of procrastination association escapist tendencies excessive consumption. A sample 621 participants aged 18-25 completed self-report measures assessing these constructs. Mediation analysis revealed a significant full mediation effect, indicating that serves as critical intermediary relationship escapism usage. commonly known Gen consists people born after 1995 who are just entering workforce. Abstract Purpose Good sleep is one of the necessary conditions to ensure normal performance physiological and psychological functions college students. This study aimed explore relationship between mobile phone addiction bedtime procrastination among Chinese students mediating mechanisms physical exercise anxiety two, with a view seek ways prevent intervene in students’ improve their quality. Methods Using SPSS 29.0 analysis Bootstrap’s method, 3,800 first-year students, sophomores, juniors were given Mobile Phone Addiction Tendency Scale, Bedtime Procrastination Physical Activity Anxiety Scale. The results analyses included mediation tests effect activity. Results correlation revealed significant positive correlations ( r = 0.149, p < 0.01) as well 0.497, 0.01). Additionally, there was negative activity -0.447, also found have -0.506, -0.424, Furthermore, showed 0.334, acted substantial mediators nighttime procrastination. El estudio se enfoca en determinar el impacto de la nomofobia calidad del aprendizaje adolescentes, explorando cómo dependencia y ansiedad relacionadas con tecnología móvil afectan concentración, rendimiento académico otras actividades educativas. Se adoptó un enfoque cualitativo exploratorio, utilizando revisión sistemática para analizar publicaciones científicas recientes campos relevantes, ello, aplicó método prisma, obteniendo como muestra, 39 artículos que cumplían los filtros planteados. Los hallazgos destacan prevalencia entre adolescentes su relación deterioro bienestar mental, las habilidades sociales. concluye existe una influencia negativa pero consideran necesarios más estudios abordar este fenómeno emergente; además, observa necesidad mayor conciencia sobre efectos negativos importancia incorporar prácticas uso consciente dispositivos móviles dentro contexto educativo promover efectivo salud mental positiva adolescentes.

Purpose: Hearing-impaired college students often rely on smartphones for information exchange and social interaction due to their hearing limitations, which may increase risk of smartphone addiction. This study aims explore the impact executive dysfunction anxiety levels in hearing-impaired students, investigating addiction as a mediator academic procrastination moderator.
