Background The pursuit of sleep quality has become an important aspect people’s global quest for overall health. However, the objective neurobiological features corresponding to subjective perceptions remain poorly understood. Although previous studies have investigated relationship between electroencephalogram (EEG) and sleep, lack longitudinal follow-up raises doubts about reproducibility their findings. Objective Currently, there is a gap in research regarding stable associations EEG data assessed through multiple collection sessions, which could help identify potential targets related quality. Methods In this study, we used portable device collect resting-state prefrontal cortex over 3-month period from 42 participants (27 first month, 25 second 40 third month). Each participants’ was using Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) estimate recent Results We found that significant consistent positive correlation low α band activity PSQI scores (r=0.45, P<.001). Materials Methods In present study, we recorded activity simultaneously somatosensory cortex (S1) (M1) during awake, sleep, DEX‐induced in rats. The global recognition of the importance physical exercise (PE) for human health has resulted in increased research on its effects cortical activity. Beta-band activity in the sensorimotor cortex is considered a potential biomarker for evaluating motor functions. The intricate connection between brain and muscle (corticomuscular coherence), especially beta band, was found to be modulated by multiple demands. This coherence also showed abnormality motion-related disorders. However, although there has been substantial accumulation of experimental evidence, neural mechanisms underlie corticomuscular coupling band are not yet fully clear, some still matter controversy. Alpha oscillations are associated with various psychiatric disorders, many studies focusing on the prefrontal cortex, where transcranial alternating current stimulation (TACS) is applied in alpha frequency band. This approach often involves selecting individualized frequencies to resonate their endogenous oscillations. While strong (8–13 Hz) typically induced when eyes closed, they can also occur during resting state open. However, it remains unclear whether these share a common neural generation mechanism.
