Background: The Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has an impact on the physical and mental health of individuals all society. During COVID pandemic, social activities each individual are limited. Physical-social distancing or restrictions have psychological problems. This anxiety is also experienced by medical students as Co-Assistants (young doctors) during their education in hospitals. Objectives: study aimed to discuss matters related COVID-19 students’ pandemic. Method: cross-sectional used Self-Reporting Questionnaire-20. Mental problems college were assessed analyzed for level anxiety. involved 69 professional program using purposive sampling technique. Eating behaviors are a set of cognitive processes that influence dietary decision making and, thus, overall health. Some the most studied eating those characterized by Three Factor Questionnaire-18 (TFEQ). The TFEQ examines three behaviors: emotional (EE), uncontrolled (UE), and restrained (RE). While frequently used, there is little information characterizing these in Ghanaian population. This cross-sectional study describes EE, UE, RE university student population (n = 129) Ghana. Of behaviors, EE was only one associated with any health outcomes this study: BMI for males (r 0.388, p 0.002) anxiety 0.471, < 0.001, higher score less desirable), sleep quality 0.464, desirable) females. Overweight obese females reported significantly scores compared to healthy weight (35.7 ± 23.7 vs. 11.9 15.6, 0.002). Background Emerging research indicates that the COVID-19 pandemic and associated restrictions led to decreased physical activity levels poorer health globally. However, most studies on this topic have focused advanced countries, leaving a gap in understanding impact countries like Ghana. This study aimed fill by assessing self-perceived status among youth adults Ghana before, during, after restrictions. Understanding these dynamics is crucial for informing public interventions policies promote well-being during beyond pandemic. Methods A cross-sectional survey using online data collection methods was conducted, involving 937 participants. Data included demographic information, International Physical Activity Questionnaire-Short Form (IPAQ-SF). Analysis done SPSS version 25, with descriptive statistics multinomial regression. Background: Dentistry and nursing students experience significant anxiety, negatively impacting their well-being academic performance. Objectives: This study aims to assess the prevalence relationships of stress, depression, resilience, hope, spiritual among dentistry students, identify demographic influences propose strategies enhance resilience well-being. Methods: surveyed 271 attending Greece’s departments at National Kapodistrian University Athens, using an electronic questionnaire aimed depression (depression, stress scale—DASS-21); (resilience assessment questionnaire—RAQ8, brief scale—BRS); hope (adult scale—AHS); (functional chronic illness therapy–spiritual scale—FACIT-Sp-12). The survey also collected data factors influencing these variables. Statistical analyses, including hierarchical multiple linear regression t-tests, were performed analyze between Results: sample included 145 126 with 68.6% female 80.1% undergraduate. Half reported mild or higher levels (48.7%), anxiety (51.3%), (53.5%). was highest in our sample, followed by stress. Higher family wealth associated reduced levels, while undergraduate than male counterparts. Hope a strong predictor but worry had negative correlation. Conclusions: Promoting students’ success requires effective stress-reduction resilience-building techniques improve performance support future healthcare professionals’ personal sustainability holistic growth.

Abstract: Collectivist values may influence one’s display of self-esteem.
