Purpose This study examines the relationship between green intellectual capital (GIC) and competitive advantage (CA) proposes moderating role of corporate philanthropy types (cash, in-kind both) during COVID-19 pandemic. The use of flexible work arrangements (e.g., remote, hybrid) has spread during the pandemic and cumulative studies provide mixed findings on positive vs. negative consequences these working methods for employees organizations. present study examined potentially curvilinear effects employees’ attitude towards options (i.e., orientation; FWO) individual- performance, job satisfaction, stress, work-to-family conflict, family-to-work conflict) organization-related outcomes organizational social support, justice, affective commitment). Purpose This study aims to explore the mediating roles of monetary incentives and tie strength in relationship between satisfaction word-of-mouth (WOM) process within a multilevel marketing (MLM) organization.
