The

emerged

Abstract
The
main
aim
of
this
article
is
to
analyze
the
circular
economy
(CE)
transition
European
countries
between
2014
and
2021,
using
Commission
approach
production
consumption,
waste
management,
secondary
raw
materials,
competitiveness
innovation.
To
do
so,
we
have
built
a
multidimensional
Circular
Economy
Index
that
classifies
according
their
progress
towards
economy.
We
used
data
from
Eurostat
database
extracted
all
indicators
for
EU27
plus
Liechtenstein,
Norway,
Switzerland,
United
Kingdom,
Iceland.
