In recent years, the sustainability of cosmetic products has received growing interest from industry and consumers due to recommendation implementation circular economy European Green Deal. The sustainable development strategy takes into account reduction waste energy consumption, covers all processes producing using cosmetics, starting method obtaining raw materials, through process cosmetics bulk, selection packaging. Although straw returning to the field (SRTTF) is conducive promoting sustainable agricultural production and protecting environment, resources are still wasted due lack of suitable straw-returning technology in southern China. Ensuring effective and sustainable management of organic waste is a global challenge, especially in countries with limited land, such as Japan, where reducing, reusing, recycling food particularly crucial. This study deals with energy and agronomic valorisation by anaerobic co-digestion temperature microorganism phase separation of sewage sludge, vinasse poultry manure, the aim achieving an integral waste management, obtaining bioenergy biofertilizer that returns nutrients to soil in a natural way. The yields obtained were 40 mL H2/gVS 391 mLCH4/gVS. resulting effluent showed more than 98 % removal E. coli Total Coliforms, as well total Salmonella. results phytotoxicity tests all proportions studied had phytostimulant phytonutrient properties, 20 having highest germination index (GI) mean values 145.30 %. Finally, trial carried out strawberry crops (Fragaria sp.) addition this biosolid has fertilising properties can be used amendment, increase 145 fresh weight 102.5 dry weight, fruit production doubled respect control. ANOVA statistical corroborated there significant differences crop growth when applying different fertilizer. Therefore, these show technology is promising would contribute environmentally, socially economically transfer towards circular economy model.

The pressing need for sustainable agricultural practices, especially with the increasing population, has directed attention towards alternative fertilizers that enhance crop yield while preserving soil integrity and reducing food loss. current study investigated comparative efficacy of waste compost (FOWC), vermicompost, chemical on growth red radish. present work used a systematic experimental design to evaluate plant parameters, including radish weight height. quality was determined by measuring pH electrical conductivity all samples. results indicated significant variation in fresh among different treatments. For example, 25% vegetable fruit (VFWC) treatment demonstrated relatively high mean weight, 50% mixed (MC) yielded much lower weight. These numbers underscore potential specific treatments enhancing growth, vermicompost at VFWC showing considerable promise yield. concluded FOWC significantly improved advocating their use as environmentally friendly alternatives fertilizers. findings emphasized importance selecting appropriate fertilizer types concentrations optimize productivity environmental sustainability, supporting incorporation into systems beneficial resource.

Urban agriculture (UA) activities are increasing in popularity and importance due to greater food demands reductions agricultural land, also advocating for local supply security as well the social community cohesion perspective. This activity has potential enhance circularity of urban flows, repurposing nutrients from waste sources, their self-sufficiency, reducing nutrient loss into environment, avoiding environmental cost extraction synthetization. The present work is aimed at defining recovery technologies outlined literature obtain relevant such N P sources areas. Through research tools, were defined, differentiating two main groups: (1) food, organic, biowaste (2) wastewater. Up 7 strategies identified while 11 defined wastewater, mainly focusing on P, which applicable UA different forms. recovered cover existing prospective sites was further assessed metropolitan area Barcelona.
