As an emerging economic form, the digital economy is a crucial force in promoting high-quality development, resolving regional development incoherence, and improving level of urban resilience. In this paper, resilience indicator system composed four dimensions: social resilience, infrastructure ecological Meanwhile, five Internet penetration rate, number Internet-related employees, output, mobile users, financial inclusion development. The was measured using entropy value method principal component analysis. On basis, impact on 185 prefecture-level cities China from 2011 to 2019 analyzed benchmark regression model, spatial econometric mediating effect model. Evolutionary Game Analysis of Ecological Governance Strategies in the Yangtze River Delta Region, China

Under integrated ecological and green development in the Yangtze River Delta, regional ecology is adversely affected by ineffective synergistic governance. Regional environmental governance a collaborative process involving multiple stakeholders mutual engagement, with each participant pursuing their interests common goals simultaneously. This study employed stakeholder theory. A tripartite evolutionary game model of public, enterprises, local governments was constructed to analyze behavioral strategies influencing factors for parties involved, impacts key on stability system were evaluated.
