Our planet faces mounting environmental burdens due to linear production and consumption. Circular economy strategies offer a promising alternative, but evaluating their effectiveness requires robust measurement tools. Existing approaches lack comprehensive framework incorporating the hierarchical proposed by 9R butterfly diagram. Based on current circular indicators, this study gathers set of indicators designed assess efficacy strategies, considering levels outlined in framework. Moreover, it leverages Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) fundamental scale as an integration tool consolidate suggested into unified metric termed "9R circularity index". This approach relies bottom-up measure at various levels. The index" enhances ability compare results from material flow analysis perspective. The literature on the evaluation of environmental performance within circular economy (CE) domain is notably extensive, encompassing a considerable body work spanning guidelines, case studies and software tools. Nonetheless, comprehensive overview that encompasses entirety knowledge landscape in this area remains absent. To address scholarly gap, present study undertakes scoping review. Departing from previous inquiries which have predominantly focused literature, amalgamates diverse sources. With the rise of individual consumerism, housing developers have increasingly recognized advantages mass-customized and offered customized units for target groups. However, overall building designs are often standardized rather than tailored to user needs, particularly in integration sustainable features.
