Our planet faces mounting environmental burdens due to linear production and consumption. Circular economy strategies offer a promising alternative, but evaluating their effectiveness requires robust measurement tools. Existing approaches lack comprehensive framework incorporating the hierarchical proposed by 9R butterfly diagram. Based on current circular indicators, this study gathers set of indicators designed assess efficacy strategies, considering levels outlined in framework. Moreover, it leverages Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) fundamental scale as an integration tool consolidate suggested into unified metric termed "9R circularity index". This approach relies bottom-up measure at various levels. The index" enhances ability compare results from material flow analysis perspective. In addition, paper presents step-by-step supporting software that aims facilitate measurement, selection comparison between models. Ultimately, offers workable, data-driven support transition towards economy.

The current linear economy has led to environmental pollution and resource depletion. To tackle these issues, a new model emerged, namely the circular economy. With the rise of individual consumerism, housing developers have increasingly recognized advantages mass-customized and offered customized units for target groups. However, overall building designs are often standardized rather than tailored to user needs, particularly in integration sustainable features. Accordingly, this study employed Kano model quality function deployment (QFD) approach examine users' requirements features proposed design strategies housing. After identifying 17 through a literature review, analyzed 576 valid questionnaires using identify common unique across four age The results reveal distinct priorities different groups regarding particular features, including 'Well-proportioned units,' 'Rational layout,' 'Livability,' 'Convenience,' 'Energy water efficiency,' 'Use local ecological materials.' Moreover, 31 corresponding categorized them into three zones QFD, which serve as solutions. This recommends that architects gradually adopt these mass promote move toward full customization. also identifies difficult-to-implement relevant barriers, two barriers related cost supply chain require government intervention, one barrier necessitates further exploration willingness incur additional costs resulting from strategies. research provides valuable insights into, systematic methodology for, projects, thus promoting user-centric living environments.
