While soil nitrogen (N) losses under drip irrigation water and fertilizer management have become a key issue in global environmental N pollution, no current systematic review of this exists the literature. Drawn from Web Science Core Collection database, 290 related articles were identified as research subjects (1991–2022). To reveal basic characteristics, power, hotspots future perspectives field, an in-depth bibliometrics analysis graphical knowledge display undertaken by using CiteSpace software. By analyzing evolution process keywords, greenhouse gases, use efficiency crop yield been field recent years. Irrigation systems, moisture, fertigation always core topics. The focus on pathways has gradually shifted nitrate (NO3-) leaching alone to comprehensive consideration multiple including NO3- leaching, emissions N2O, NH3 NO. corresponding strategies concentrating application amounts diversified methods involving combinations amounts, types. Moreover, development widespread new technologies exogenous additives further enriched direction management. Future still needs explore how balance high yields minimize impacts, which will provide effective for controlling agricultural non-point source pollution mitigating warming.

Abstract Land use change (LUC), including deforestation, agriculture, and urbanization, is a major contributor to climate (CC). This in land has impacts on food, water, energy systems, creating complex interconnected web of issues. study aimed investigate the global link between LUC CC from 1990 2012. Using time‐series data World Bank, was represented by irrigated land, arable lands, forest areas, while CO 2 emissions. Moreover, relationship economic growth high‐income low‐income countries examined this study. Based findings study, countries, intensity higher comparison with countries. Meanwhile, emissions are increasing middle‐income Economic closely related different levels income. The indicated that managing high importance mitigate globally. According findings, recent shown more obvious effects ecological variables than CC. Although not inherently directly CC, humans use, especially terms management, adapt these changes will inevitably bring many environmental impacts. contributes significantly advancing understanding LUC, emphasizing need for integrated approaches policy development. These measures crucial achieving resilience meeting reduction targets.

This study focuses on the Yellow River Basin, a key economic region spanning nine provinces in China, and explores complex interactions within water–food–energy systems. Based theoretical framework of coupled coordination system, an indicator system is developed to assess these Using ArcGIS, identifies spatiotemporal characteristics coupling systems Basin. Additionally, panel data model employed analyze driving mechanisms optimization pathways for enhancing region. The results reveal that (1) degree between Basin varies significantly across space. (2) Overall, relatively low exhibits clustered pattern. (3) Research development (R&D) intensity significant factor influencing
