We
investigate

innovation

Green
innovation

This
study
explores
the
impacts
of
PEC
on
green
technology
innovation
(GTI),
which
includes
both
independent
(IGTI)
and
cooperative
(CGTI).
It
also
analyzes
threshold
effects
finance
(GF)
information
communication
(ICT)
to
unlock
growth
potential
GTI.
To
achieve
this,
we
employ
a
two-way
fixed-effects
model
threshold-effects
model,
utilizing
city
panel
data
from
Yangtze
River
Delta
region
China,
covering
years
2011–2020.
The
results
indicate
that
has
positive
effect
GTI,
IGTI,
CGTI.
However,
its
impact
CGTI
is
relatively
weaker.

Purpose
