Currently, both the US and EU are pursuing industrial policies to support climate mitigation objectives. The transition will require increased use of material resources, but envisioned do not sufficiently address resource use, despite current unsustainable global resource-use trajectory. lack policy in this field is therefore relevant timely address. This exploratory contribution aims gain an understanding on how for Circular Economy (CE) Sweden could be designed. methods employed literature reviews interviews with 18 senior experts. research finds that a Swedish focusing CE needed, together larger public investments CE-related technologies. ABSTRACT The quantitative assessment of budget performance management policies is vital for improving the scientific rigor policy formulation, enhancing practicality implementation, optimizing public resource distribution, and advancing refinement national governance system. This research, which analyzes 2501 Chinese from 2001 to 2024, utilizes latent Dirichlet allocation (LDA) topic model, natural language processing (NLP), text encoding techniques, PMC‐TE index model quantitatively evaluate effectiveness evolutionary trends China's at various developmental stages. result reveals that can be grouped into nine primary tools. Notably, financial management, allocation, operation are most frequently employed effective These tools further divided three domains: strategy social development, supervision innovative reform. The purpose of this study is to justify the choice tax incentive policy instruments aimed at economic development Russian Far East, which facing acute demographic and environmental problems. To model dynamics region’s real system, employed a mathematical based on actual data from 2010 2021, covering economic, technological, socio-ecological aspects. Using versatile AnyLogic 8.0 platform for agent-based system modeling, experiments alternative options involving both broad incentives targeted measures were conducted. Specifically, 50% investment deduction residents in special zones East was implemented. experimental results show that, despite comparable population dynamics, stimulation growth poles through public-private partnership programs outperforms entities East. Abstract Implementing proactive and effective policy tools is essential for governments to manage food safety risks. Existing studies have overlooked the synergistic effects among governing risks in China. This study uses tool synergy develop a quantitative model evaluate degree of risk governance by considering its vertical, horizontal, temporal dimensions. Using Top2Vec topic text mining techniques, we examined 558 documents implemented central six provincial governments. The findings reveal that China's system has established collaborative mechanism, with Administration Market Regulation, Department Agriculture Rural Affairs, Health Commission playing crucial roles implementation. Vertical horizontal synergies between upper lower levels government departments at same level are enhancing comprehensive synergy.
