Based on a micro-entity perspective, this paper empirically examines the effect of regional integration efficiency enterprise resource allocation. Firstly, can significantly reduce degree mismatch enterprises and improve allocation overall. Secondly, mainly through three channels, which are alleviating financing constraints enterprises, improving talent agglomeration, reducing operating costs enterprises. Thirdly, is heterogeneous, has greater for state-owned in non-monopoly industries, large-scale coastal areas. Finally, improves productivity by optimizing their level. The management level positively moderates Therefore, some countermeasures suggestions put forward.
