Abstract Problem Reproductive performance of animals gets affected by nutritional restrictions which act as potential stressors leading to hormonal imbalance and testicular inflammation, the major causes infertility. Withania somnifera (WS), well‐known traditional medicinal plant, has been used antistress infertility treatment. Therefore, present study looks into ameliorative effects WS on reproductive immune system male Coturnix coturnix japonica in stressed conditions like water food restriction focussing modulation estrogen receptor alpha (ERα). Method Biochemical estimations for oxidative stress, histological alterations, immuno‐fluorescent localization ERα, interleukin (IL)‐1β, IL‐4, interferon gamma (IFN‐γ) cells were performed. Results Nutritional declines endogenous estradiol, ERα while it elevates corticosterone stress testis thereby reducing fertility decrease sperm. indicate significant reversal all parameters after administration improving cell morphology, increased superoxide catalase activity thus stress. increases spermatogenesis enhances expression quail. Further, decreases IL‐1β IFN‐γ testis, profile contrary conditions. Conclusion stimulates HPG‐axis even resulting estradiol testis; sperm count immunity performance. may be best therapy against nutritional‐restriction induced toxicity mediated inflammatory response via

Under the concept of "one airway, one disease", upper and lower airway inflammatory diseases share similar pathogenic mechanisms are collectively referred to as diseases. With industrial development environmental changes, incidence these has gradually increased. Traditional treatments, including glucocorticoids, antihistamines, bronchodilators, have alleviated much discomfort experienced by patients. However, conventional drug delivery routes inherent flaws, such significant side effects, irritation respiratory mucosa, issues related deactivation. In recent years, nanomaterials emerged excellent carriers for being increasingly utilized in treatment These materials not only optimize traditional medications but also facilitate administration various new drugs that target novel pathways, thereby enhancing outcomes This study reviews latest research on nano-drug systems used diseases, covering drugs, immunotherapy antimicrobial plant-derived RNA drugs. The challenges involved developing nano-delivery discussed, along with a future outlook. review offers insights researchers can utilize advance further into clinical application treating

Despite medical science advancements in recent years, pulmonary diseases are still hard to control and can be potentially life-threatening. These include asthma, COPD, lung cancer, cystic fibrosis, pneumonia, pleurisy, sarcoidosis. illnesses often cause severe breathing problems, which fatal if not treated properly. While some chemical drugs used treat these conditions, they side effects always effective. Herbal medicine offers an alternative treatment option with fewer has shown promise treating respiratory issues. Certain medicinal plants, such as garlic (Allium sativum), hawthorn (Crataegus rhipidophylla), moringa (Moringa oleifera), ashwagandha (Withania somnifera), may help manage diseases. Natural compounds found like apple polyphenol, ligustrazine, salidroside, resveratrol, quercetin, also reduce symptoms. plants work by reducing cell overgrowth, fighting oxidative stress, lowering inflammation, stopping tumor growth, improving blood flow, relaxing the airways. This review outlines types of that utilized along their respective mechanisms action.
