Abstract It is crucial to realize the point‐of‐care (POC) testing of harmful analytes, capable saving limited agricultural resources, assisting environmental remediation, ensuring food safety, and enabling early disease diagnosis. Compared with other conventional POC sensing strategies, aggregation‐based analytical chemistry facilitates practical‐oriented development nanosensors by altering aggregation status nanoprobes through action multiple aggregation‐induced “forces” originating from targets. Herein, we have proceeded a comprehensive review focusing on in nanosensors, covering “forces”, signal transductions, nanosensing their applications biomolecular monitoring, safety analysis, monitoring. Finally, challenges existing practical been further proposed improve applications, expect our can speed up cost‐effective, readily deployable, time‐efficient chemistry.
