Purpose
The
purpose
of
this
study
is
to
investigate
university–industry
partnerships
in
Armenia
from
the
viewpoint
universities.
By
doing
so,
it
contributes
existing
literature
on
collaboration
by
identifying
and
addressing
specific
challenges
that
impede
establishment
successful
other
post-Soviet
countries.
Design/methodology/approach
A
comprehensive
review
was
conducted
examine
barriers,
benefits
institutional,
functional
framework
collaboration.
Additionally,
used
a
survey
methodology
gather
data
faculty
managing
staff
members
at
six
Armenian
higher
educational
institutions
various
aspects
as

perceptions

Findings

show
effectiveness

institutional
structures

limited.

entrepreneurship

unviable.
Moreover,

start-ups
