Purpose
Building
on
social
cognitive
theory
and
self-determination
theory,
this
study
aims
to
discern
the
innovative
work
behaviors
of
organizational
employees
as
process
by
which
they
generate,
develop
implement
new
valuable
ideas,
practices,
products
or
procedures
shaped
entrepreneurial
leadership
reinforcing
intrinsic
motivation
creative
self-efficacy
under
boundary
condition
a
firm’s
climate.
Design/methodology/approach
This
used
partial
least
squares-based
structural
equation
modeling
sample
203
small
medium-sized
enterprises
operating
in
Saudi
Arabia.
Findings
found
that
improves
employees’
behavior
successively
enhancing
their
self-efficacy.
Furthermore,
analysis
confirmed
climate
significantly
moderates
strength
indirect
mediation
effect
between
through
sequential
mediation.
Practical
implications
The
findings
yield
substantial
theoretical
practical
resulting
from
fine-grained
understanding
instrumentality
fostering
behavior.
Effectively
orchestrating
these
psychological
mechanisms
could
enable
leaders
alleviate
behaviors.

ABSTRACT
Batik
small‐medium
enterprises
(SMEs)
in
Indonesia
are
recognized
for
their
economic
potential

creative
industry
sector.
Nevertheless,
waste
poses
significant
environmental
concerns.
Entrepreneurship,
digital
technology,
innovation,
and
green
innovation
understood
to
potentially
enhance
SMEs
performance
contribute
sustainability.
However,
empirical
research
exploring
interrelationship
practice,
particularly
among
batik
SMEs,
remains
scarce.
This
study
aims
examine
construct
an
model
of
entrepreneurship,
from
cases
SMEs.
Using
eight
case
studies
Cirebon
Pekalongan
cities
Indonesia,
this
finds
that
entrepreneurship
through
technology
can
support
innovations,
while
facilitate
entrepreneurial
activities.

women’s
entrepreneurial
