Heat stress (HS) is an important environmental factor affecting poultry production on a global scale. With the rise in ambient temperature and increasing effects of warming, it becomes pertinent to understand HS strategies that can be adopted mitigate its detrimental impacts performance, health, welfare, immunity, survival birds. Amino acids (AAs) have been increasingly as nutritional modifiers animals ameliorate adverse HS. They are essential for protein synthesis, growth, maintenance, reproduction, response, whole-body homeostasis. However, tends adversely affect availability, transport, absorption, utilization these AAs. Studies investigated provision AAs during conditions, variable findings reported. Taurine, L-theanine, L-citrulline non-essential amino gaining attention supplements animals. Similarly, betaine acid derivative possesses favorable biological properties which contributes role functional additive Of particular note, taurine negligible plants, while betaine, found selected plants. These nutrients barely feed ingredients, but their supply has shown elicit physiological roles including anti-stress effects, anti-oxidative, anti-inflammatory, gut promoting, immunomodulatory functions. The present review provides information use nutritionally physiologically beneficial additives diets conditions. Presently, although several studies reported positive human murine studies, however, there limited regarding heat nutrition. This study examined the impact of expanded black soldier fly (EP-BSF) meal on laying hens' reproductive hormones, gap junction proteins, cytokines, and performance. Over 12 weeks trail period, 400 Hy-Line brown hens procured at 24 age underwent a completely randomized design with 5 treatments, 8 replicates, 10 birds per replicate. The received control diet (CON) or diets 3 %, 6 9 % EP-BSF. Results demonstrated that lower EP-BSF levels showed linearly higher (p < 0.05) hen day egg production (HDEP) from 30 to 33 mass (EM) in cumulative comparable CON. Tendencies towards average weight (AEW) was observed when incorporated CON during 34-37 = 0.079), as well 0.056). Yolk color quadratically 0.024) 30-33 weeks, tendency 0.050) level increases. In conclusion, incorporation had similar HDEP, AEW, EM, albumin We attributed this E2 resulting TNF-α, GJA chicken oviduct. The chicken gut is the habitat to trillions of microorganisms that affect physiological functions and immune status through metabolic activities host interaction. Gut microbiota research previously focused on inflammation; however, it now clear these microbial communities play an essential role in maintaining normal homeostatic conditions by regulating system. In addition, helps reduce prevent pathogen colonization via mechanism competitive exclusion synthesis bactericidal molecules. This delay adversely affects potential inoculation healthy impairs development maturation muscle, system, gastrointestinal tract (GIT). Modulating has been proposed as a strategy for improving health productivity avoiding undesirable effects Using early-life programming ovo stimulation with probiotics prebiotics, may be possible avoid selected disorders, poor immunity, resistance, which broiler industry faces selection pressures imposed increasingly demanding market.

With the growing global demand for animal protein and rising temperatures caused by climate change, heat stress (HS) is one of main emerging environmental challenges poultry industry. Commercially-reared birds are particularly sensitive to hot temperatures, so adopting production systems that mitigate adverse effects HS on bird performance essential requires a holistic approach.
