Radiotherapy is the primary treatment for nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC); nonetheless, radioresistance remains leading cause of localized recurrence. Our study demonstrates a significant increase in N6-methyladenosine (m6A) methylase METTL3 NPC and other tumors.
