The development of antibiotic alternatives is an important issue for controlling plant-pathogenic bacterial disease due to the resistance and limited use guidelines antibacterial pesticides in crop fields.Geraniol, thymol, ovanillin were known have activity; however, activity control efficacy against Erwinia carotovora not reported crop.In this research, minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) geraniol, o-vanillin investigated as well residues cabbage.MICs 125-250 µg mL 1 , MIC a mixture three compounds was 93.8 E. carotovora.The fractional index agent 0.625, it presented additive effect.The protection 72.7% soft rot after twice application on 340 mg L .The initial 0.66, 3.72, 0.28 kg respectively; 50% dissipation times all below day.

In this study, 16 Lactobacilli (LABs) isolated from the drupes of olive (Olea europaea) oil varieties were identified as Lactiplantibacillus plantarum (seven isolates), Pediococcus pentosaceus (six Enterococcus faecium (two isolates) and Streptococcus salivarius (a single isolate) by peptide mass fingerprinting sequencing 16S rRNA. Antifungal activity LABs their cell-free fermentates (CFSs) against several plant pathogenic fungi oomycetes (fungi sensu lato), including Alternaria, Aspergillus Colletotrichum, Penicillium, Plenodomus Phytophthora, was evaluated in vitro using culture overlaying agar diffusion tests. Minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) minimal fungicidal (MFC) determined. showed antifungal lato tested. The most noticeable shown isolates L. P. Fusarium oxysporum, Colletotrichum species Penicillium nordicum. Chemical analysis revealed CFSs contained acid lactic variable quantities 14 diverse phenolic acids 26 volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Fungal infections are a significant global public health challenge because of their widespread occurrence, morbidity, and profound social economic consequences. Antifungal resistance is also an increasing concern, posing substantial risk to health. There growing interest in searching for new antifungal drugs isolated from natural sources. This investigation evaluates the comparative efficacy of Cinnamomum burmannii leaf essential oil (YXYO) and its main active ingredients as a novel preservative to protect stored food commodities from fungal infestations, aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) contamination caused by Aspergillus flavus. Morphological observations utilizing SEM TEM revealed significant alterations in treated samples, alongside decrease ergosterol content dose-dependent disruption antioxidant system energy system. Transcriptomic analysis suggested that differentially expressed genes were predominantly associated with spore growth, cell wall, membrane, oxidative stress, metabolism, biosynthesis. Solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (SPME-GC-MS) identified ten YXYO, including borneol, α-terpineol, terpinen-4-ol, etc. Moreover, an effective inhibition A. flavus infection peanuts was observed application 30 μL/disc YXYO blend compounds.
