The
development

In
this
study,

Lactobacilli
(LABs)
isolated
from
the
drupes
of
olive
(Olea
europaea)
oil
varieties

identified

Lactiplantibacillus
plantarum

isolates),

investigation
evaluates

comparative
efficacy

Cinnamomum
burmannii
leaf

oil
(YXYO)

novel
preservative
to
protect
stored

commodities
