Abstract An accurate, disposable and cost‐effective determination, monitoring of nicotine in human bodily fluids such as serum saliva is significant due to the deleterious effects on humankind. In this paper, it was reported an electrocatalytic sensing platform for determination with poly azorubin s film modified pencil graphite electrode qualified by electroanalytical techniques cyclic voltammetry electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, electron beam based technique scanning microscopy, X‐ray including photoelectron spectroscopy energy dispersive spectroscopy. The developed exhibited a 410 % signal increase compared bare (280 current density over aPGE) detection improved charge transfer conductivity characteristics polymer film. oxidation peak at 700 mV employed good sensitivity , remarkable limit 89 nM, wide linear ranges 0.25–3 μM 5–100 μM. Furthermore, sensor showcases superb stability, selectivity accuracy real samples saliva.

Detecting preinvasive tumors before the onset of advanced clinical symptoms represents a critical advancement in improving efficacy early medical interventions and reducing cancer-related mortality rates. Immunosensors have emerged as preferred choice for analyzing oncomarkers meeting ever-increasing demands diagnostics. Therefore, quest development highly specific sensitive immunosensors remains most sought-after to open new avenues personalized healthcare monitoring. Here, we report amplification-free nonlabeled DNA framework-coupled AuNPs@CuMOF ultrasensitive electrochemical detection carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA). Upon CEA concentration variation from 0.0001 200 ng mL–1, proposed biosensor led limit (LOD) 0.25 pg surpassing previously published biosensors that rely on methods aligns with those based amplification techniques. Furthermore, suggested immunosensor demonstrated auspiciously high specificity sensitivity detecting human serum comparable commercial ELISA within relative error falling between 6.25% 2.26%. The analytical approach, hinging synergy effect CuMOF's large surface area mechanical rigidity three-dimensional tetrahedron structured probes (3D TDNA), obviously broadens potential immunosensors, offering higher lower LOD. this work is not only an expansion CuMOF exploitation biosensing but also major milestone diverse biomarkers settings tumor diagnosis.

There is a pressing requirement to synthesize stable electrode components that possess enhanced capabilities for creating electrochemical sensors, which are sensitive and discerning, swiftly detect dangerous noxious substances. A sensor has been developed in this study hydrazine (HY) oxidation, utilizing gold nanoparticles (AuNPs) poly(brilliant blue) (p(BB)) modifiers on the surface of pencil graphite (PGE). The features detecting were characterized by impedance spectroscopy (EIS), cyclic voltammetry (CV), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX), photoelectron (XPS). Additionally, when examined under optimal parameters using CV amperometry, proposed presents favorable analytical figures merit. Dopamine (DA) is a critical neurotransmitter that key in regulating motor functions, motivation, and reward-related behavior. Measuring both tonic (baseline, steady-state) phasic (rapid, burst-like) DA release essential for elucidating the mechanisms underlying neurological disorders, such as schizophrenia Parkinson’s disease, which are associated with dysregulated signaling. Carbon fiber microelectrodes (CFEs) considered gold standard measuring rapid changes due to their small size (5–10 µm), biocompatibility, flexibility, excellent electrochemical properties. However, achieving consistent results large-scale production of CFE arrays through manual fabrication poses significant challenges. We previously developed flexible glassy carbon (GC) microelectrode (MEAs) GC fiber-like MEAs (GCF MEAs) detection electrophysiology recording. also demonstrated feasibility fabricating MEA electrodes interconnects made from single homogeneous material, eliminating need metal interconnections addressing related concerns about electrical mechanical stability under prolonged cycling.
