Abstract An accurate, disposable and cost‐effective determination, monitoring of nicotine in human bodily fluids such as serum saliva is significant due to the deleterious effects on humankind. In this paper, it was reported an electrocatalytic sensing platform for determination with poly azorubin s film modified pencil graphite electrode qualified by electroanalytical techniques cyclic voltammetry electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, electron beam based technique scanning microscopy, X‐ray including photoelectron spectroscopy energy dispersive spectroscopy. The developed exhibited a 410 % signal increase compared bare (280 current density over aPGE) detection improved charge transfer conductivity characteristics polymer film. oxidation peak at 700 mV employed good sensitivity , remarkable limit 89 nM, wide linear ranges 0.25–3 μM 5–100 μM. Furthermore, sensor showcases superb stability, selectivity accuracy real samples saliva.

Dopamine (DA) is a critical neurotransmitter that key in regulating motor functions, motivation, and reward-related behavior. Measuring both tonic (baseline, steady-state) phasic (rapid, burst-like) DA release essential for elucidating the mechanisms underlying neurological disorders, such as schizophrenia Parkinson’s disease, which are associated with dysregulated signaling. Carbon fiber microelectrodes (CFEs) considered gold standard measuring rapid changes due to their small size (5–10 µm), biocompatibility, flexibility, excellent electrochemical properties. However, achieving consistent results large-scale production of CFE arrays through manual fabrication poses significant challenges. We previously developed flexible glassy carbon (GC) microelectrode (MEAs) GC fiber-like MEAs (GCF MEAs) detection electrophysiology recording. also demonstrated feasibility fabricating MEA electrodes interconnects made from single homogeneous material, eliminating need metal interconnections addressing related concerns about electrical mechanical stability under prolonged cycling. Titanium and its alloys are essential metals for orthopedic implant manufacturing due to their exceptional mechanical properties biocompatibility, used extensively treating various conditions. However, (Ti) implants have a disadvantage lack of bioactivity, potentially affecting osseointegration osteoconductive capabilities, may take several months integrate with bone tissue. In this work, we prepared layer 2D magnesium phosphate (MgPi) coating on the surface titanium surfaces via spin-coating technique. Various techniques were study phase composition coatings, including FTIR, Raman spectroscopy, NMR, XRD analysis. Morphology chemical analysis performed using Atomic force microscopy SEM/EDX. Nano-scratch test water contact angle measurements measure adhesion strength wettability. addition, in vitro cell assays assess viability determine how MC3T3-E1 osteoblast-like cells reacted different treated Ti substrates. AFM results showed that roughness became lower after coatings. MgPi-coated samples higher hydrophilicity, protein adsorption, than uncoated samples. Hazardous chemicals that are mostly employed in modern agriculture for pest management have caused long-term environmental accumulation as well major issues with food safety and human health. In this study, a new has been developed to detect thiram (Th) fungicide, utilising modified activated pencil graphite electrode (a-PGE) made from chitosan-gold nanoparticle polymer (Ch-AuNPs) first time. The Ch-AuNPs/a-PGE surface characterised using cyclic voltammetry (CV), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS).
