The g-C3N4/CS biosensor was designed, fabricated, and tested using compounds such as glucose, urine, lactose, flutamide at a molarity of 10 µM, which could demonstrate high sensitivity 200 μm-1 for flutamide. ABSTRACT In this study, a novel, sensitive, and cost‐effective spectrofluorimetric approach was established for the estimation of two important tetracycline antibiotics, doxycycline, without any pre‐treatment procedures or harsh reaction conditions, first time. The proposed methodology is based on quantitative quenching effect each doxycycline native fluorescence nitrogen sulfur co‐doped carbon quantum dots (NS‐CQDs). A simple ultrafast applied to synthesize NS‐CQDs using thiosemicarbazide citric acid as starting materials after incubation in microwave only 1 min. Utilizing an excitation wavelength 360 nm, showed maximum emission peak at 430 nm. Calibration curves revealed excellent linearity within ranges 1.0–10.0 0.8–12.0 μg/mL with detection limits 0.20 0.09 respectively. Due method's high sensitivity selectivity, determination studied drugs their capsules human plasma samples %recoveries. developed validated according ICHQ2(R2) guidelines. GAPI AGREE metric tools were used verify greenness eco‐friendliness, suggesting its use green substitute analysis drugs.
