Introduction
Macrophage
dysfunction
is
a
common
feature
of
inflammatory
disorders

as
asthma,

characterized

circadian
rhythm.
Methods
and
results
We
monitored
the
protein
expression
pattern
molecular
clock
in
human
peripheral
blood
monocytes
from
healthy,
allergic,
asthmatic
donors
during
whole
day.
Monocytes
cultured

allowed
us
to
examine
monocyte-derived
macrophages,
M1-
M2-
polarized
macrophages.

Abstract
Patients
admitted
to
the
intensive
care
unit
(ICU)

need
of
continuous
organ
replacement
strategies
and
specialized
care,

failure,
trauma,
hemorrhagic

genetic
factors

chronic
obstructive
pulmonary
disease
(COPD).
