Pueraria lobata polysaccharides (PLPs) were obtained by a hot water extraction method. Starting from the single factor experiment, was optimized response surface methodology, and following optimal parameters obtained: temperature 84 °C, liquid–solid ratio 11 mL/g, time 73 min, rate of 8.59%. The Sevag method used to remove protein soluble in H2O2 pigment; then PLPs precipitated with three times anhydrous ethanol, salts other small molecules removed dialysis, finally refined freeze-drying.

Although designing wearable sensors by using sustainable hydrogels has been gaining widespread attention, the fabrication of inexpensive biobased hydrogel with fast self-healing and antibacterial abilities remains challenging. In this study, green were prepared from aloe vera polysaccharides (AP), poly(vinyl alcohol), sodium alginate (SA). Their mechanical, electrical, biodegradable, characteristics investigated. The an AP/SA ratio 9:2 demonstrated excellent tensile properties elongation at break, toughness, electrical conductivity 1477.3%, 1.19 MJ/m3, 12.67 × 10–2 S/m, respectively. remained electrically conductive −20 °C. During strain sensing, it exhibited stability sensitivity (gauge factor: 9.2), a wide range (up to 1400%), high efficiency 96.1% over 4 min. It was also able detect low strains (1%). These enabled assembly into monitor physiological signals generated large movements body joints, small facial expression changes, talking, drinking. An assembled humidity sensor detected relative levels 45–98% monitored human respiration patterns in different exercise states. Consequently, is potential functional material for sustainable, flexible, electronics.

Enzyme-assisted ultrasonic extraction (EAUE) was utilized and optimized for extracting polysaccharides from Schizochytrium limacinum meal (SLMPs) via the response surface methodology. The optimal EAUE conditions were determined as follows: enzyme concentration at 5.18%, temperature 53 °C, duration of 40 min, power 60 W, a liquid-to-material ratio 34 mL/g, achieving polysaccharide yield 11.86 ± 0.61%. purified component, SLMP1-1, isolated using DEAE Sepharose Fast Flow Sephadex G-100 columns, exhibited potent antioxidant activity. with molecular weight 25.5 kDa, comprises glucose, mannose, arabinose, galactose in molar 16.39:14.75:1:693.03. 1H NMR analysis revealed α configuration SLMP1-1. Antioxidant assessments, including DPPH, ABTS, ferric ion reduction assays, detected inhibitory values 21.82–82.98%, 38.21–98.46%, 3.30–20.30% 0.2–1.0 mg/mL. This confirmed effective capacity which is notably enhanced post oral gastric digestion. findings suggest that extracted hold significant promise natural antioxidants.

The physicochemical properties antioxidant activities these four studied in comparison. In particular, the clearance rate P-PLPs exceeded 80 %, was expected to achieve same effect Vc . results showed effects different on activity varied greatly.

Gout is high incidence high-risk disease, the current treatments not satisfactory. Xanthine oxidase (XO) key enzyme responsible for development progression of various metabolic oxidative stress-related diseases. Excessive activity XO leads to elevated serum urate levels, which in turn hyperuricemia. This review mainly introduces recent progress research on anti-gout that could provide treatment methods gout information discovery drugs.
