Background: The mental health of nursing students directly affects their future performance, quality patient care, and personal development. Therefore, an in-depth understanding research in this area can assist implementing effective measures to improve the students. The pervasiveness of anxiety has been increasing progressively over the years, becoming one most critical concerns among colleges and universities. With implications extending towards poorer academic performance overall student mental health, there is an urgent need to address this growing concern. As such, we conducted umbrella review systematic reviews meta-analyses summarize data in literature on prevalence college university students. Moreover, also considered impact COVID-19 pandemic assessed potential moderators through distinct subgroup analyses. A search was carried out across various sources, including five databases, journals, Google Scholar, ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Global, which yielded 25 that met inclusion criteria. Sample sizes ranged from 1,122 1,264,132 (Mdn = 22,171) covered all regions Africa, Arab States, Asia-Pacific, Europe, Middle East, North America, South America. Poor sleep quality, a global public health concern, poses significant burden on individuals, particularly care university students facing intense academic stress. A three-center cross-sectional study was conducted at the Higher Institute of Nursing and Health Sciences in Tetouan (Morocco), Faculty Medicine Tangier (Morocco) Valencia (Spain). Objective To evaluate the effect of mindfulness intervention on improving mental health among undergraduate nursing students during coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic in China. Methods An online course named Mindfulness Living With Challenge (MLWC) was developed by research team, and a randomized controlled trial using MLWC Chinese carried out. A total 120 were into control (60 students) groups via WeChat mini program. Self-administered questionnaire surveys conducted at pre- post-intervention, measuring depression, anxiety, stress, mindfulness, perceived social support. After intervention, acceptance participants assessed employing theory technology model (TAM). Results Among enrolled participants, 86.67% (52/60) 93.33% (56/60) remained completed surveys.
