Nurse retention is critical for healthcare systems worldwide, as high turnover rates adversely affect patient care and organizational stability. Examines the impact of transformational leadership, career growth opportunities, work well-being, work-life balance on nurse retention. A cross-sectional study was conducted with 297 nurses employed in inpatient wards at Mansoura University Hospital. The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between nurses' well-being and their ethical leadership, mediating role workplace mindfulness in relationship.This a quantitative cross-sectional study.This conducted three tertiary hospitals central China from May 2022 July 2022, Nurses' Workplace Mindfulness, Ethical Leadership Well-Being Scale were distributed collected via Internet. A total 1579 nurses volunteered participate study. Objectives. To examine nurses’ well-being and identify individual workplace factors associated with adverse outcomes. Methods. We administered an e-mail survey to registered nurses in Michigan March 2022. Outcomes included the Oldenburg Burnout Inventory–Exhaustion scale, self-harm thoughts (yes/no), overall wellness on a 0 10 visual analog scale. Covariates practice environment, psychological safety, abuse, staffing adequacy, stress coping strategies, demographics. examined associations between covariates exhaustion, of (both via logistic regression), (via linear regression). Results. Among surveyed nurses, 93.63% reported significant 9.88% thoughts, mean (SD) score was 6.2 (2.3). As the world grappled with COVID-19 pandemic, healthcare workers (HCWs) continued to provide uninterrupted health care service delivery; therefore, this disproportionately affected their wellbeing. Our study explored wellbeing of HCWs during era in public facilities City Johannesburg, Gauteng province, South Africa. A qualitative was conducted among twenty (20) through face-to-face in-depth interviews (IDIs) form semi-structured interviews, audiotapes, and transcribed verbatim, thematically analyzed NVivo version 10. The findings showed that over half (aged between 27 60 years) tested positive for COVID-19. Also, one third HCWs’ family members while some died due infection. Informed by workers’ framework, four themes emerged fourteen sub-themes. Firstly, unsafe work environment characterized human resource related challenges such as increased workload; staff shortage; insufficient resources, e.g., personal protective equipment (PPE); poor policies terms compensation/allowance being infected COVID-19; services; death colleagues. Secondly, outcomes were described strained emotional (psychosocial distress) physical (respiratory conditions) Thirdly, home community environments negatively impacted interrupted relationships friends, experiences deaths loved ones. Finally, engaged strategies self-motivation; staying positive; support; participating resilience-promoting extra mural activities cope pandemic. In conclusion, aggravated led low morale compromised quality. This advocates promotion greater resilience, psychological safety evidence-based, multilevel-multicomponent interventions at workplace, home, addition strengthening response future pandemics.

Aim: The aim of this study is to analyze the phenomenon workaholism among Polish nurses. Background: Work may be deemed one fundamental or essential forms human activity. In case nurses, expected level professional commitment and dedication above average. This factor an important element contributing developing workaholism, which in turn a strong prognostic for adverse events workplace, especial critical issue nursing practice. Methods: cross‐sectional was conducted from 2016 2019. research material consisted 454 questionnaire completed by nurses with confirmed high risk workaholism. Results: mean values obtained indicate aspects as significant characterizing nurses: Need Predictability, Enthusiasm Work, Impairment Alternative, Extreme Dutifulness , Inability Delegate Compulsion . Conclusion: results show that two are particularly Value. Alternative Activities, Dutifulness, Distributed Social Relations Awareness, Stress Anxiety, work, predictability, proved less factors characteristics group. Therefore, attention should primarily focus on more characteristic areas, e.g., Value starting proper understanding those concepts.

Working as a nurse offers job security but also poses risks for mental health issues. This study aims to explore factors and processes that affected work experiences among nurses in Sweden during the COVID-19 pandemic. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 14 from high patient load areas (ambulance, emergency departments, ICU, infection wards, specialized wards). A deductive content analysis using SwAge model's nine determinant areas, was performed. The COREQ-checklist adhered to.
