Researchers have shown considerable interest in understanding the factors that contribute to improvement of academic performance among university students.In recent years, as multiple intelligences theory has gained prominence, some scholars argued emotional intelligence may serve a more effective predictor success and future achievements compared traditional metrics such GPA, IQ, standardized test scores.Consequently, corporations universities increasingly focused on due its perceived significance.Emotionally intelligent individuals typically excel four key areas: recognizing, utilizing, understanding, managing both their own emotions those others.Given prevalent importance fundamental skill, there is compelling need investigate relationship with performance, particularly students.This inquiry becomes even relevant for tourism management students, who will eventually enter demanding professions where high levels are crucial achieving customer satisfaction.This paper aims how attributes can affect students.Data collected through field survey conducted students Alexandria University.The data from analyzed statistically using regression analysis, analysis variances tests other statistical tests.The results study reveal respondents moderate level Emotional Intelligence.Three (selfregulation, social awareness, management) investigated found be significantly positively associated respondents' performance.The findings hold important implications value influence students' especially students.

Background The repeated outbreaks of COVID-19 and the rapid increase in uncertainty have had many negative effects on public’s mental health, especially emotional aspects such as anxiety depression. However, previous studies, there are few studies exploring positive factors between anxiety. innovation this study is first to explore mechanism coping style resilience people’s psychological protective caused by pandemic. Methods This explored relationship intolerance freshmen with mediating variable moderating variable. A total 1049 participated completed Intolerance Uncertainty Scale (IUS-12), Self-rating Anxiety (SAS), Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ), Connor-Davidson Resilience (CD-RISC). Results SAS score surveyed students (39.56 ± 10.195) was significantly higher than that Normal Chinese (29.78 10.07, p < 0.001). positively correlated (β = 0.493, Positive has a significant impact −0.610, 0.001), 0.951, moderates second half influence 0.011, t 3.701, 0.01). Conclusion findings suggest high levels burden during knowledge role may be used health care workers when consulting physical complaints psychosomatic disorders.

Background The negative consequences of depression in college students have garnered global attention, especially relation to academic achievement during the COVID-19 pandemic, which need critical assessment. Aim This study investigated whether a sense security mediated relationship between and engagement among pandemic moderating psychological impact has effect on this relationship. The aim of this study was to see the differences in learning outcomes students who using sports education model and compare it with conventional terms physical fitness.at Junior High School 3 Lembang. This used experimental design randomized control group pretest-posttest design. population 7 classes a total 280 students, which determined random techniques. Sampling Random Technique from classes, so that class 7C 7D each numbering 40 as samples. A Balke Test employed instrument hope test could describe students’ fitness. Findings shows fitness at obtains P Values -21.292 Sig. 0.000 -0.678 0.502. means there an increase learned model, while doesn’t. difference result independent t towards 16.619 0.000. Conclusion is has better than group. Thus, can be recommended completing such aspects strength, endurance, agility, speed, balance for further research expected teachers able apply their creativity when model.

Self-regulated learning helps to improve academic performance and is an important strategy for the sustainable development of Master Nursing Specialists. Consequently, it relevant identify factors that affect self-regulated analyze correlation between them.This study examined status quo learning, relationship mindful agency, psychological resilience, explored whether agency resilience influence self-regulation learning.Chinese Specialists were recruited participate in online survey from March November 2022. measured using three questionnaires, including Self-Regulated Learning Scale Clinical Practice (SRLS-CNP), Mindful Agency Scale, 10-item Connor-Davidson Resilience (CD-RISC-10). The data processed analyzed SPSS26.0. statistical methods included descriptive statistics, Pearson's analyses, multiple linear regression.Self-regulated Chinese was medium level (59.24 ± 9.33 scores). positively correlated with (p < 0.01) predictors Specialists, explaining 44.6% variation.Mindful affected clinical practice. These results will enable educators pay more attention personal their ability through resilience.
