MicroRNA‑regulated
gene
expression

(MS).

study

of
microRNAs
(miRNAs)

Multiple
sclerosis
(MS)
is
a
degenerative
condition
characterized
by
axonal
damage
and
demyelination

autoreactive
immune
cells
that
occur
in
the
Central
Nervous
System
(CNS).
The
interaction
between
epigenetic
changes

factors
can
be
widely
involved
onset,
development,
progression
of
disease.
Although
numerous
efforts
were
made
to
discover
new
therapies
able
prevent
improve
course
MS,
definitive
curative
treatments
have
not
been
found
yet.
However,
recent
years,
it
has
reported
non-coding
RNAs
(ncRNAs),
including
microRNAs
(miRNAs),
long
ncRNAs
(lncRNAs),
circular
(circRNAs),
acting
as
gene
expression
regulators,
could
used
potential
therapeutic
targets
or
biomarkers
diagnose
fight
MS.
In
this
review,
we
discussed
role
miRNAs,
lncRNAs,
circRNAs,
well
their
level
signaling
pathways
are
related
preclinical
human
MS
studies.
Hence,

Abstract
Background
Autoimmune
diseases
(AD)
are
severe
pathophysiological
ailments
that
stimulated
by
an
exaggerated
immunogenic
response
towards
self‐antigens,
which
can
cause
systemic
or
site‐specific
organ
damage.
An
array
of
complex
genetic
and
epigenetic
facets
majorly
contributes
to
the
progression
AD,
thus
providing
significant
insight
into
regulatory
mechanism
microRNA
(miRNA).
miRNAs
short,
non‐coding
RNAs
have
been
identified
as
essential
contributors
post‐transcriptional
regulation

genome
expression
crucial
regulators
a
myriad
biological
processes
such
immune
homeostasis,

helper
cell
differentiation,
central
peripheral
tolerance,
development.
Aims
This
article
tends
deliberate
conceptualize
brief
pathogenesis

ADs
namely
rheumatoid

(RA),

multiple
sclerosis

lupus
erythematosus
(SLE)

Abstract
Multiple
sclerosis
(MS)
and
Neuromyelitis
Optica
(NMO)
are
immune-related
CNS
inflammatory
diseases
that
often
present
with
overlapping
clinical
symptoms,
leading
to
frequent
misdiagnosis,
particularly
in
aquaporin-4
seronegative
NMO
patients.
Identifying
the
underlying
mechanisms
of
these
is
critical
for
discovering
biomarkers
enable
timely
diagnosis

treatment.
