MicroRNA‑regulated gene expression plays an important role in autoimmune diseases, such as multiple sclerosis (MS). This study investigated the patterns of microRNAs (miRNAs) MS brain tissues using animal experimental encephalomyelitis (EAE) model treated with Hypericum perforatum (HP) oil.
