Therefore,

metabolomics
studies

for
advanced
translational
and
clinical

needed
to
understand
the
existing
paradoxes
in
oncology,
including
those
related
controversial
usage
antioxidants
aiming
prevent
or
treat
cancer.
In
this
short
review
we
have
tried
put
emphasis
on
importance
development
relation
metabolic
adaptation
particular
allowing
us
conclude
one
main
driving
forces
pathophysiology.
With

novel

achieved

encouraging
further
scientific
breakthroughs.

Oxidative
stress
plays
an
essential
role
in
the
pathogenesis
of
chronic
diseases
such
as
cardiovascular
diseases,
diabetes,
neurodegenerative
and
cancer.
Long
term
exposure
to
increased
levels
pro-oxidant
factors
can
cause
structural
defects
at
a
mitochondrial
DNA
level,

expression.
The
modern
lifestyle
associated
with
processed
food,
wide

chemicals

exercise

oxidative

However,

medicinal
plants

human
pathologies
which

be

causes.
In
this
review
we
discuss
