Anthropogenic CO2 emissions have led to the warming and acidification of oceans. Although, there is a growing evidence showing that simultaneous occurrence ocean are threats marine organisms, information on their combined effect coastal shrimp species remains scarce. The purpose this study was estimate effects seawater growth-related traits biochemical responses P. elegans juveniles. In work, were exposed for 65 days at 4 experimental conditions: pH 8.10 * 18 °C, 7.80 22 °C. results showed low decreases lipid content by ∼13% (p < 0.05). Higher temperature reduced condition factor ∼11%, protein ∼20%, PUFA ∼8,6% shortened moulting events 5 > 0.05) while SFA increased ∼9.4%. decrease in however more prominent organisms combination with ∼21%, respectively. Furthermore, essential fatty acids as EPA DHA also decreased ∼20% ∼6.6% higher condition.
