Resilience
measurement

disaster
risk
reduction.
However,

application

South
cities

proven
to
be
a
challenge
due

Benchmarking
Assessment
Impact
Toolkit
(RABIT)
framework
recently
been
developed
support
resilience
assessment
informal,
marginalized,
disaster-prone
contexts
cities.
This
paper

RABIT

residences,
resettled
marginalized
community

Metro
Manila.
Drawing
on
quantitative
approach
using
exploratory
factor
analysis
(EFA),

Urbanization
is
a
continuous
process

city’s
economic
development.
Though
rapid
urbanization
provides
huge
employment
opportunity
people,
urban
threats

increase

due

natural

man-made
hazards.
Understanding
resilience
sustainability
an
urgent
matter

hazards
in
the
rapidly
urbanized
world.
Therefore,
this
study
aims
clarify
concept
develop
key
indications
of
from
existing
literature.
A
systematic
literature
review
guided
by
PRISMA
has
been
conducted
using

2021.
It
argues
that
are
interrelated
paradigms
emphasize
system’s
capacity
move
toward
desirable
development
paths.
Resilience

concerned
with
preserving
societal
health
well-being
within
context
broader
framework
environmental
change.
There

particularly
urbanization.
This

major
components

green

infrastructure,

Urban
governance
and
planning
systems
are
central
cornerstones

international
research
