Abstract Background Multiple epigenetic regulatory mechanisms exert critical roles in tumour development, understanding the interactions and impact of diverse modifications on gene expression cancer is crucial for development precision medicine. The main objective this study was to elucidate intricate crosstalk between N6-methyladenosine (m6A) modification histone context non-small cell lung (NSCLC).
