At
present,
colorectal
cancer
(CRC)
is
the
second
deadliest
type
of
cancer,
partly
because
a
high
percentage
cases
are
diagnosed
at
advanced
stages
when
tumors
have
already
metastasized.
Thus,
there
an
urgent
need
to
develop
novel
diagnostic
systems
that
allow
early
detection
as
well
new
therapeutic
more
specific
than
those
currently
available.
In
this
context,
nanotechnology
plays
very
important
role
in
development
targeted
platforms.

decades,
many
types
nanomaterials
with
advantageous
properties
been
used
for
nano-oncology
applications
and
loaded
different
agents,
capable
recognizing
tumor
cells
or
biomarkers.

among

antibodies,

regulatory

Abstract
Gliomas
are
the
most
common
primary
tumors
of
central
nervous
system,
with
glioblastoma
multiforme
(GBM)
having
highest
incidence,

Abstract
Gastrointestinal
cancers,
a
major
global
cause
of
cancer‐related
mortality
and
disease
burden,
are
heterogeneous
group

different
organs

digestive
system.
The
late
clinical
diagnosis,
genomic
tumor
heterogeneity,
high
complexity
gastrointestinal
microenvironment,
along
with
increasing
treatment
resistance
have
been
recognized
as
main
contributing
factors
to
current
inadequacy
interventions
poor
prognosis
cancer
patients.
In

years,
is
unfortunately
predicted
increase
due

early

therapeutic
options.
Biomembrane‐coated
biomimetic
nanoparticles
(NPs)
recently

advanced
nanotechnological
tools
for
management
cancers.
These
comprise
not

cell‐mimicking
nanodevices

The
diagnosis
of
gastrointestinal
(GI)
diseases
currently
relies
primarily
on
invasive
procedures
like
digestive
endoscopy.
However,
these
can
cause
discomfort,
respiratory
issues,
and
bacterial
infections
in
patients,
both
during
after
the
examination.
In
recent
years,
nanomedicine
has
emerged
as
a
promising
field,
providing
significant
advancements
diagnostic
techniques.
Nanoprobes,
particular,
offer
distinct
advantages,
such
high
specificity
sensitivity
detecting
GI
diseases.
Integration
nanoprobes
with
advanced
imaging
techniques,
nuclear
magnetic
resonance,
optical
fluorescence
imaging,
tomography,
correlation
significantly
enhanced
detection
capabilities
for
tumors
inflammatory
bowel
disease
(IBD).
This
synergy
enables
early
precise
staging

liquid
biopsy
approach
for
early
recurrence
detection
in
locally
advanced
gastric
cancer
(LAGC).
Four

biomarkers
