Alzheimer's disease (AD) is characterized by progressive memory loss and cognitive decline, significantly impairing the daily life of elderly individuals. The low abundance blood-based biomarkers in AD necessitates higher analytical technique requirements. Herein, one novel iridium-based ECL self-enhanced nanoemitter (TPrA@Ir-SiO2) was unprecedentedly reported, it further used to construct an ultrasensitive magnetic immunosensor a multiple-signal amplification strategy unequally sensitively accurately detect biomarker (P-tau181) this work. initial signal accomplished via incorporating new efficient luminophore named Ir(mdq)2(acac) corresponding coreactant into silica nanoparticles successfully obtain TPrA@Ir-SiO2. In addition, specific high-affinity interactions between streptavidin biotin were subsequently employed facilitate amplification. Based on advantages itself streptavidin, proposed work exhibited remarkable sensitivity, covering wide linear range from 0.1 pg/mL μg/mL, achieved ultralow limit detection 68.58 fg/mL (S/N = 3), also outstanding recovery (98-104%) RSD (1.92-4.86%) serum samples spiking method. These results undoubtedly demonstrate potential nanoemitters combined with synergistic bearing streptavidin-biotin detecting biomarkers, providing accurate reliable solutions for early diagnosis monitoring AD, which would open avenue effectively reduce burden patients' families society future.
