In response to environmental awareness and financial return, manufacturing firms are increasingly concerned about practicing circular economy performance (CEP). The lack of comprehensive evidence on the integrated technology capability in IR4.0 driven based supply chain management literature has motivated this study investigate how company manages disruption Industry 4.0 its impact CEP. Data were obtained from 130 Malaysian companies. analyzed using structural equation modelling PLS-SEM. results showed CEP's positive significant effect managing technological innovation (TIC). Positive relationships prove that CEP a considerable influence industry. mediating found TIC played complimentary mediation support nexus disruption, recovery Supply managers encouraged control interference problems improve effective communication teamwork.

Supplier selection is one of the most important multi-criteria problems in supply chain management (SCM). Most existing decision-making frameworks for selecting suppliers construction industry have given priority to criteria such as cost, delivery, and quality. However, due current emphasis on achieving sustainability reducing environmental impact, organizations are increasingly embracing circular economy (CE) principles. In this study, thereby, we proposed an integrated multiple-criteria (MCDM) framework, which comprised a fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (FAHP) preference ranking organization method enrichment evaluations II (PROMETHEE II) supplier from perspective countries with emerging economies. FAHP was used first identify weight each criterion sub-criteria, PROMETHEE rank best worst. Results showed that on-time conformance specifications, rejection rate top three selection. Additionally, included pollution control initiatives, green packaging, responses toward regulations standards. The result approach has been compared another MCDM method, namely weighted aggregated sum product assessment (WASPAS) validated accuracy efficiency approach. Through implementation selection, research expected reinforce model, can help managers sector improve their overall business.
