Covid-19 pandemic has expedited the global transformation towards digitalization, making digital competence a fundamental requirement needed to effectively navigate in world. This study aimed identify perceptions and level of among English teachers rural primary schools Baram, Sarawak. Utilizing quantitative approach, 156 from all 65 participated survey. The respondents were chosen via purposive sampling. questionnaires administered online Google Form. Data analysed based on descriptive statistics with SPSS software version 27. Findings revealed high teachers' perception (M=3.16, SD = 0.671), revealing positive outlook. Teachers' levels predominantly fall within B1 (Integrator) level, indicating an intermediate competence. Analysis each dimension also that Dimension 2 (digital resources) obtained highest (M=2.54, SD=0.736) while 6 (facilitating learners' competence) records lowest score (M=1.63, SD=0.790). These findings there is commendable progress observed through integration tools into their teaching practices. This study aimed to determine the technology integration and teaching effectiveness how it affects teachers' performance in Sirawai District, Schools Division of Zamboanga del Norte, during school year 2022-2023. It employed descriptive survey correlational as research methods. Weighted mean, standard deviation, Spearman Rank-Order Correlation Coefficient (Spearman rho) were statistical tools used analysis data. Abstract This study investigated the impacts of a design-based professional development (DBPD) training program on English language teacher educators' (ELTEs’) integration Google Apps into course instruction at Jimma College Teacher Education, Ethiopia. Using mixed-method case design, examined ELTEs' pre-training digital literacy gaps, post-training improvements both ELTEs and candidates (ELTCs) challenges encountered during implementation. Nine class third-year ELTCs were purposefully selected, data gathered through questionnaires, interviews, observations, focus group discussions administered to TEs. Findings from phase revealed limited confidence among ELTEs, coupled with minimal prior exposure targeted educational technologies. In post-training, however, demonstrated substantial in technological proficiency, confidence, adoption diverse, student-centred teaching approaches. improvement aligns increased engagement motivation observed TCs, who gradually adapted using despite initial technical infrastructure barriers. Nevertheless, implementation persisted, including inadequate technology infrastructure, pedagogical alignment issues, institutional support. Research into second or foreign language (L2) learning has demonstrated that L2 anxiety, perceived proficiency, and willingness to communicate (L2WTC) profoundly impact outcomes. However, the complex interplay between these variables yet be fully explored, as factors are dynamic context-specific can vary across different learners environments.
