This study aimed to explore how secondary school science and mathematics teachers in Qatar integrate Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) into their teaching practices. The examined the relationships between subcomponents of TPACK using structural equation modeling (SEM), complemented by an analysis additional categorical variables. A total 245 from participated research. model’s findings showed that internal components—technological knowledge, pedagogical content knowledge—had a significant positive direct effect on external factors: technological knowledge. However, these components did not directly impact itself. Together, variables accounted for 77% variance TPACK. Among findings, (TCK) emerged as one most influential affecting TPACK, emphasizing its importance teachers’ integration. On other hand, it was found (PCK) have Categorical like certificates postgraduate education significantly subcomponents, while gender, field study, experience do not. finding underscores structured training enhancing skills teachers.
