Traditional techniques for pesticide residues detection and quantification in food using mass spectrometry often require the analysis of standards each compound, leading to time-consuming laborious procedures, especially considering that these methods usually involve hundreds pesticides be targeted. This paper presents a novel approach compound quantitation, where multiple target compounds can accurately quantified few predictor compounds, significantly reducing experimental time minimizing resource requirements. For this purpose, data on detector response which encompassed calibration slopes total 96 GC-MS/MS 66 LC-MS/MS, over period 4 years, were collected. Two fundamental statistical techniques, Pearson correlation linear regression, used create predictive model, accuracy was further evaluated R-square, adjusted Root Mean Square Error (RMSE). Gardeniae Fructus ( Zhizi ) serves as both a medicinal and edible substance finds widespread use in various industries. There are often two kinds of materials the market: Shuizhizi .
